Today I have been making flying geese - lots of flying geese blocks.
It is a tedious job but hopefully it will be worth it. They are going to be the sashing in my 2013 HipBee quilt. The blocks have been languishing waiting for these geese to be made.
I have been needing cups of tea throughout the day to get me through these.
Oh I find them tiring too, until I found this method that makes 4 at a time, much quicker and less wasteful too! (second method down) https://www.connectingthreads.com/tutorials/Flying_Geese-Make_em_fast-two_methods__D15.html
ReplyDeleteoooo this is going to be such a fab quilt - loving the geese x
ReplyDeleteIf I had to make that many geese in one sitting, I'd need something stronger than tea!!! They look pretty though.
